Who do I see?
Routine appointments
We operate an advanced access appointment system enabling patients to book on the day. However, if you prefer to pre book your appointment, each GP has a number of pre-bookable appointment slots which can be booked up to one month in advance.
You can make your Routine Appointments with Doctor or Nurse in a number of ways
In person
By Telephone by speaking to the Receptionist
We also offer Telephone Consultations with the Doctors or Nurses and these are before morning surgery and before the start of afternoon surgery. Please inform the Receptionist if you would like a Telephone Consultation
You can book an appointment to see our Physiotherapist for your muscular / skeletal issues or to speak to our Clinical Pharmacist about any medication issues or queries. Please contact reception to book these appointments.
Urgent Appointments
All URGENT cases will be assessed on the day.
If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see a clinician within TWO working days, though you may have to wait longer to see a specific GP. You can also book appointments in advance.
Cancelling your appointment
If you have an appointment and cannot attend or wish to cancel, please telephone the Practice on 01652 650580.
Home Visits
Should you feel that you require a home visit, please contact the surgery as early in the day as possible. A clinician will then contact you and discuss your requirements with you.
