- Understand the services and support available within their GP practice
- Know what to expect from their GP team

Learn how to make the most effective use of their practice
Patient Feedback and Concerns
YYGP also provides clear guidance on how patients can:
- Share feedback directly with their GP practice
- Raise concerns through Healthwatch
- Escalate issues to the Integrated Care Board (ICB)
